PARCELAS AGATE

This type of agate comes from about 13 Km North west of Le Baron, Chihuahua in the region of Cerro El Oregano, Mexico.

These agates have a typical feature: quite often there are many small dots similar to snowflakes or cotton balls. The color is commonly brownish-grey, sometimes greenish. The bands are rather wide, high contrast banding is rare.
