Huanghoite (Ce)

It is a rare mineral that occurs in hydrothermal veins that are associated with rare-earth- bearing carbonatites in alkaline igneous complexes.The formula is BaCe(CO3)2F  and hardness 4.5-5.

The color is yellow-orange and is associated with Scandium Aegirine ( greenish -grey).It comes from East Mine, Bayan Obo, Baotou, Inner Mongolia
