This type of meteorite is a mixture of Nickel-Iron and olivine grains.
The olivine here is brown and heavily fractured .No treatment.
This meteorite was found in Eastern ,Kenya in 2016 near the village of Habaswein south of Sericho.

As far as I know most of the material is sold as rough or slabs,sometimes polished, more often doped with a thick layer of epoxy in order to make it stronger with a shiny look.
The Olivine crystals, when they are of gem quality, have been faceted,but I never see a facet stone cut with the metallic part. Is not easy due to the difference in hardness and metal density.
